Vision is the engine that pulls the leadership train.
Leaders see things that others don’t.
Nehemiah’s vision bubbled up from the normal course of his life and walk with God.
Nehemiah’s vision is born out of pain and a holy discontent.
Look for wrongs that need to be made right. Look for a needed ministry that doesn’t exist. In these gaps, you may find your vision.
For a vision to flourish, the leader must make a personal commitment to it.
Idea people clutter churches with vision engines they create but don’t want to drive.
Four Types of People:
People who care about you and not your vision.
People who care about your vision but not you.
People who care about you and your vision.
People who don’t care about you or your vision.
A key step in effective communication is to determine if you, as a leader are a sensitive person or an intuitive person.
Today’s finest leaders celebrate the people who work with and for them.
